I want to know more about what CrossFit is, and how you've made it for anyone at any levelThe great thing about CrossFit is how in uses all movements to get amazing results. We incorporate strength barbell movements like squats and deadlifts. Olympic lifts, body weight/ gymnastics movements. There is no limit when it comes to this class. One of the best things about it is that anyone can do it. We start with our Barbell basics class that teaches technique in a low pressure setting and then you can safely join class.

You bet. All of the coaches at Lionheart APFTM are trained, certified, and qualified to help you meet your fitness goals. Our personal and nutritional training options add the extra touch many of our clients need. We also have small group training, sport specific training, and online personal training.
