For as long as I can remember I have been into sports and working out. My parents got involved in sports at a very early age.
After I got out of the military I decided to pursue security installations. I did that for many years and I loved it. In 2010 I was a very active MMA fighter and in one of my fights I broke my arm really bad.I ended up having 3 surgeries to fix it.
When it originally happened I knew that the injury could maybe make it so I couldn’t fight anymore. At the time I was just training friends and people that I worked out with. Once the injury happened I decided to change my career and pursue fitness full time.
I love a challenge.
Everyday I get to go to work and love what I do. When you watch somebody set goals and you see them change, it’s an amazing experience. I look at fitness as long term and a lifestyle change that can be fun and enjoyable.
Here at Lionheart APF/LH: CrossFit we help you see the light and fun side to fitness. On top of working with clients, I enjoy working out with my wife. She brings me great joy and having somebody that can push me like she does is great.
