I'm 51 years old, overweight and with two knee replacements and wasn't sure if I would be able to participate in boot camp, but wanted to give it a try. But, the trainers were fantastic and worked with my fitness level and restrictions to modify exercises! Every workout is unique. You can tell the trainers put a lot of time and effort into the workouts so you are working your entire body with many different exercises. NEVER boring and lots of fun.
