The Assessment

We need to find the baseline and determine if they are ready to go into the group setting or if they need personal training first. Some people need it and some don’t. We don’t guess, we assess.

This work includes everything inside AND OUTSIDE of the gym. We create a simple, and laser-focused plan that is easy to sustain, which allows to finally be consistent stop the yo-yo. We don’t do the all or nothing approach because that failed you all the other times. This is long term. This is a lifestyle.
