During my 10-year addiction to drugs and alcohol, I lost my career, my house, my daughter, and eventually my life when I overdosed and died for 5 min.
Finally, I was able to kick my bad habits in the teeth, and that’s why I’m on a mission to help 100,00 people lose weight, build muscle and increase their confidence.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck and unhappy in life, and I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to feel like that anymore.

Consultation
Here we take a deep dive into you, your goals, and your struggles. If we think we can help then we'll lay out the plan to guide you to your health and fitness goals. Â

Get Coached
Coaching is more than putting together a few workouts. It's about guiding each client toward their goals using these 3 pillars. Exercise, lifestyle, and accountability. We do this through personal training and or online coaching.
I don't have the motivation to workout.
Motivation can be a tough one to overcome until you begin using the same method that all successful people use, and that’s habits. Habits control everything we do, from our reactions to bad news or going to the gym.
Creating habits is the cornerstone of how we deliver results.
Between work and the kids, I don't have time to workout
I totally get that. I have 2 kids myself. I remember before I started training Shaun back in 2014 and she said the same thing.
Once we started doing personal training together and she started to lose weight, which was her goal, she began to move things out of her life that would keep her from keeping the weight off and overall being happy.
Once I turned 40 it all went down hill, I'm too old now to workout.
