Nutrition Coaching
One of the biggest reason why people aren’t able to maintain healthier nutrition is because most programs are built on the quick fix. Anyone who has done it before can tell you, it does start with results, but then it’s right back to where you were before.
Our program is built on a 12-month platform so that you actually LEARN about nutrition. This allows you to make healthier choices without bounce back like before.
We give each gym member a FREE e-book when you sign up, and we also provide a 30 minute nutrition consultation every 3 months. Challenges, meal plans, and nutritional coaching are services that can be added if you really want to step it up.
Nutrition coaching begins with 1 hour sit down consultation with a trainer to give you an overview of nutrition, find out where you stand in terms of how you eat, and then show you how to make a meal plan.
Nutrition is the most over looked and confusing part of fitness. All the working out in the world won’t be enough to get you where you want to be and to help you keep those results for life. These options cut through the fog and give you direction.
With exercise or diet alone you are only going to get a portion of what you could, if you combined both in harmony with each other. Nutritional training will allow that to happen.

Regular Communication
Nutritional coaching means having a weekly check in with your training to see how you’re doing. You will be sent a weekly update form and various emails during the week. If you have any questions you can call, email, text, or skype if needed. The more you communicate, the better your results will be.
In-depth Nutrition Training
Nutritional coaching is our most recommended service of the 3 because we actually “retrain” you on how to approach food and how to make it something that you can do on your own. This can’t be done overnight so we ask for a 1year commitment. We’ve found that with 6 months or less that the information isn’t absorbed.
