Lionheart APF offers two options for personal training: training in the gym, or online personal training for remote gym goers.

Online Personal Training, or Remote Coaching, is the same as personal training except the trainer is not there in front you. There is an app that the workouts are uploaded on, along with videos and explanations of the workouts.

The customization of the workout is built so that the specific goal is met. This allows you to not have to spend time on things you either do not need or are not going to help you reach your specific goal.
